Hotels use a great deal of water, energy and single-use material. We work on the three we can most directly control.

Refillable amenities in every room, replacing single-use plastic bottles
Linen and towel reuse programme, opt-in rather than assumed
LED lighting and occupancy-linked cooling in all public areas
Food waste tracking in both kitchens, reviewed monthly
Local sourcing for fresh produce wherever quality allows

What comes next

We are working towards published annual figures for energy and water intensity per occupied room. Until those numbers are reliable, we would rather not claim them.
